09 Apr. (Sun.)：Clear day unicycle(24")(about 5 km 0.0km/h) YanMing Park
I ride a motorcycle with my elder son to Hou-Der continuation class. He take part in the Hou-Der examination for one day. I pick him up in the evening about 6 pm. By the way, I take the 24" unicycle to ride. I really enjoyed that ride the 24" unicycle in the Yan-Ming Park on Saturday morning.
10 April (Mon.)：Clear day, rest, Cross-legged rest too.
11 April (Tue.) ：Clear day, rest, Cross-legged thirty minutes (right leg)
民國103年底開始騎獨輪車，赤腳阿助變獨輪車阿助了;目前也學倒立(抱頭三角倒立、烏鴉式倒立、手倒立還在練習中)、雜耍;雙盤腿打坐；修習長生學
